Stretch. Soften. Sleep.
This class is your invitation to slow down and stretch your body open—gently, intentionally, and without force. Stretching isn’t just about flexibility…
It helps release stored tension, improve circulation, support recovery, and signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to let go.
We’ll begin with deep, mindful stretching to unwind the body—creating space through the hips, spine, and shoulders.
From there, we transition into . Yoga Nidra , a guided rest that allows your body to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
This is where the real shift happens…
Your body softens.
Your mind quiets.
And you prepare yourself for deep, restful sleep.
No experience needed.
Just come as you are, ready to stretch, release,

Change can feel exciting… or uncomfortable.
Sometimes we welcome it. Sometimes we resist it.

Why? Because change asks us to step into something new and even when it’s good for us, it can still feel unfamiliar.

But change is also how we grow, how we evolve, how we stay alive in our bodies and our practice.

With that, we’re inviting you to move with us into something new

Introducing: Warm Vinyasa Mondays
Led by Aggie Moreno, Certified Yoga Teacher with over 400 hrs yoga training & over 6 years teaching experience.

This warm class still offers the benefits of infrared heat supporting detox, recovery, regeneration, and overall vitality.

What to expect:
• Dynamic yet accessible movement
• Creative flow to keep your mind engaged
• Breath-led transitions to help you find your rhythm
• A grounding cool down + restorative savasana

Starts 3/30, This class is designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect—while improving mobility and supporting your everyday well-being.

We also want to take a moment to thank Sarah De La Cruz for guiding our Mondays w/ Bikyasa practice over the past 6 years 🤍

Yoga Nidra is here…
A practice of effortless being.
A space where the body sleeps,
and awareness softly remains.
In a world that asks us to do more,
this is your invitation to rest deeper.
Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman calls this NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest)—a powerful tool for improving sleep, calming the nervous system, and restoring the mind. Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep”—is a guided meditation that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. It’s not about doing… it’s about receiving. You’ll be guided into:
• Deep physical relaxation
• Subtle awareness
• A state between waking and dreaming

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Join Alex Aguilar for Yoga Nidra ! What if rest could be a practice?

Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep”—is a guided meditation that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. It’s not about doing… it’s about receiving. Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman refers to this practice as NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and shares that it can help improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and support nervous system regulation.

🧘‍♀️ What to expect:
• Guided body scan + breath awareness
• Deep relaxation (you may even fall asleep)
• A reset for your mind + body

Come rest. Restore. Reconnect.

Best picture went to “One Battle After Another,” Best Actress , Jessie Buckley , however we give Ethan Hawke the award for Best Oscar’s Quote “The One Who’s in Love Always Wins “ “It doesn’t matter if you get your heart broken; you’re living, and when you’re feeling, you’re alive. “ He added , “The sun doesn’t care if the grass appreciates its rays; it just keeps shining.” —- so what’s the connection to yoga? — “The one who is in love always wins,”yoga teaches us how to turn that love inward. Each time we step onto the mat, we practice being present with our thoughts and emotions, gently peeling away the barriers that keep us from truly feeling—until what remains is a deeper, more honest connection to ourselves. Namaste my beautiful yoga friends…
