the simplest wind reaper is one that is like a sail on a sailboat but ancored to a stationary place my folding sail wind machine does not need a high tower because it can handle turbulent ground winds is self governing and self braking, does not kill birds and can be expanded horizontally and operate like a circular center pivot farm, saving valuable land for growing crops, solar wind combo. Farms. Elimination of high towers greatly reduces construction costs and maintenance costs.

I am not very skilled in computers. Taught myself how to draw. Since WW2 training manuals and engineering schools have dropped the ball on teaching people how to,draw. My 30, 60 and 90 degree 3aD mapping system of using half scale of the z axis made it possible to map points so,that measurements in 3D can be put down on paper and using an engineers scale retrieve those measurements and my drawings look like photographs. They used to say a picture is worth a thousand d words and in government each word is worth a thousand dollars. Communication is lost on modern generations who rely on computers to do everything for them instead of making engineers and scientists learn to,think and visualize in 3 D space, sad less is required of students who depend entirely on electronics to do,their thinking and visualization for,them. Really limits creativity and ability to solve real life problems.

The simplest wind machine is a saiil on a sail boat. There is an input and then a return for more input you cannot take out more than 1/2 of total available energy present since that law of diminishing returns kicks in and any system grinds to a halt. So give uphalf or more than half of total energy for the return half of the energy cycle often refered to as the Carnot energy cycl. Energy changes from potential to kinet8c and also have to account for real world friction losses. My folding sail wind reaper is a rotary system that uses multiple sails that have both static balance and dynamic balance by using paired parallel pendulums to outstretched and catch the wind then fold sails,in half reducing surface area and reducing lever arms make for an efficient wind harvester. Must allow for minimum gapping so sails do not wear themselves out and also allow for trapped birds to be safely ejected without harm. It is poetry in motion and can be used as a form of kinetiscope display. Being sails they can reap turbulent boiling ground winds and therby eliminate need for high towers. A major cost for most wind machines. You can extend dimensions of sails vertically and or horizontally. I propose extended units that resemple pivot farming watering systems and possibly combine both technologies. For maximum cost-effective watering and wind reaping. FRANK
