Still buzzing from an unforgettable weekend surrounded by the very best in sports medicine — mentors, colleagues, and friends who are shaping the future of care for elite athletes across the country.
I had the honor of moderating a powerful session, reconnecting with brilliant team physicians, and soaking in a black tie gala that reminded me just how far we’ve all come.
But what truly surprised me? How many people — some of the top names in the field — came up to talk about my work on social media.
They wanted to know more about what I’m building: a space where we apply the same science and systems we use for pro athletes… to moms.
Because postpartum recovery is an athletic event. And I believe moms deserve the same level of care and expertise we give the players on the field.
Grateful for the recognition. Fired up for what’s ahead. And still very much in the game — just playing it on my terms 💪⚡️

Life lately 🧡

1. Took a way too long road trip for my dad to meet the twins… 2.5 hr drive became 8 🙃
2. Partly because of traffic… since we happened into the totality path of the eclipse
3. Stopped in a DQ parking lot to marvel at the universe. It was wild! And Heath bar btw. Worth every bite.
4. Hotel didn’t have our room ready and had to speed change for a dinner res with 2 babies and a toddler who hadn’t napped
5. The baby carrier is a permanent fixture these days
6. Family Selfie game was terrible but we made it only 20 min late which I think is ACTUALLY on time with 3 under 3…
7. Proof of real pants AND shoes
8. Homemade pizza night upon returning home with my little helper
9. And then Everette came down with a fever… sequestering off with the twins in our bedroom until further notice. Hoping to cure my exhaustion from the last few days and her sickness before the weather hits 75…

Now tell me: Are you Team Heath bar Or Team Oreo??

Introducing…

Cora Lane and Coen Jacob 🫶🏼 born 1/17/24, weighing in at a whopping 6lb 15 oz and 6lb 11 oz respectfully ✨

The last month of a twin pregnancy is no joke. Heck most of this twin pregnancy was no joke. Continuing to be active was something I had to fight for. Despite the struggle, the pain and often tears, carrying these little precious beings to 38 weeks will always be one of my biggest successes. And then to be able to turn around after blood loss like I did- I can’t help but be grateful for every moment I committed to my health along the way.

We are so grateful, settling into our new routine and Everette has been the sweetest big sister. The world yet again feels so large and yet so small at the same time as we spend our days in the newborn haze (x2).

Your kind words and support have and continue to mean the world to me 🫶🏼
