Start a donation box and fill it with things you no longer use. These could be clothes, books, or kitchen items. If they don't fit your lifestyle or bring you value, let them go.
Set the box somewhere visible so you can add to it throughout the week. Donโt feel rushed to do it all at once. You can keep adding to it over time. Clearing physical clutter can help clear mental clutter, too. When itโs full, donate it and know itโs going to someone who needs it more.
