The Family Resource & Empowerment Center was established in 1993, we are open to the entire Los Angeles community and is staffed by experienced parents and family members of individuals who have different abilities. We proudly servve families, individuals and para-professionals working with, and for, children and adults who have different abilities. We can help you find answers to your questions & solutions to your problems in a warm, safe and child-friendly environment. The WFREC is dedicated to building a strong community. We also provide information, resources and support to families, professionals and other members of the community, creating successful partnerships in order to enhance the lives of infants, youth and adults who have special needs.
