Dr. Alice’s open minded approach to chiropractic care and holistic principals combined with her ability to understand your body are the keys that make real healing possible. No other doctor has been able help me with this condition because they couldn’t diagnose the underlying problem. One of the greatest blessings in our practice is caring for families and watching how healing and alignment ripple through generations. This month, it is our joy to honor Karen, Alex, and their son Sammy as our Family of the Month here at Alice’s Chiropractic Wonderland.💜

Karen, as a dedicated health educator, has always carried a deep awareness of her body. She came to us with a curious and open spirit, bringing not only her observations but also a willingness to look deeper and grow through the discomfort she was experiencing. Her thoughtful approach and commitment to her own well-being quickly extended to her family—first inviting her husband Alex to begin care, and later their bright and intuitive son, Sammy.

What we love most about this family is the way they each listen so deeply to their own bodies while supporting one another in the process. Sammy, especially, has such a natural connection to his own needs—an inspiring reminder of how powerful it is when children learn early on to trust their body’s wisdom. Good Job, Mom and Dad!

This isn’t another one-size-fits-all program. It’s a journey we’ll take together—a roadmap personalized to help you break free from what’s been holding you back.🌞

We will meet weekly for 10 weeks/Monday's from 6:30pm - 7:30pm on Zoom beginning on September 22nd, 2025. Each week we will workshop the lesson for the week, putting the knowledge into action together as a group. There will be 8 video lessons in all and only 1 per week so it will be easy to stay on track. There will be 2 additional weeks to review and ask any additional questions. Last month I got visit one of the natural WONDERS of the world: the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon truly is indescribable. It's the kind of sight you don't just see with your eyes – you feel it deeply in your heart, in your bones, in your very being. ☀️

One message in particular resonated deeply with me: "We are the canyon." They felt no separation between the land and themselves. We're not visitors observing nature – we ARE nature.💜

And I've discovered I don't need to travel to the Grand Canyon to remember that I am part of something magnificent. Through using practices like these, I find ways to connect deeply with nature in my day to day life. I'm blessed to live in LA County, where I have access to beaches, hiking trails, parks, mountains, and forests. But more than that, I've learned that this connection is available anywhere, anytime I choose to tune in.🌼

One of the greatest joys in our practice is witnessing how healing flows through families—how one person’s commitment to alignment can spark a ripple effect across generations. That’s exactly what we’ve experienced with this extraordinary trio, who have wholeheartedly embraced their wellness journey together.💫

From the moment Shih Peng and Steven joined our practice, their presence brought a sense of unity, lightness, and genuine care—not just for their own health, but for one another’s. Their mutual commitment to regular adjustments and intentional living beautifully reflects what we stand for at Alice’s Chiropractic Wonderland: conscious, connected, whole-family care.💜

Gina first walked through our doors carrying not only her own health challenges but also a beautifully open heart and a deep desire for transformation. Her courage, trust, and commitment to healing were evident from the start. It wasn’t long before she brought her sweet kiddos in to get checked too—an incredible reflection of the values she’s instilling in them about true health and whole-body wellness. Gina is a fierce and loving advocate for her family, modeling what it means to prioritize alignment—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Watching Cassius and Riya grow in awareness and connection to their own well-being has been such a gift. We’re so grateful for the light, laughter, and love Gina and her family bring to our space. This past Father's Day looked a bit different for me and I found myself reflecting deeply on my own dad and the lasting impact he’s had on my life.

As many of you may know, my sweet father made his peaceful transition on December 31st, 2024. In true Dad fashion, he wrapped up his journey just as the year came to a close, as if to say, “That’s enough for now.”💜

The final months were not easy—he was in and out of rehab and needed care in ways that challenged his fiercely independent spirit. My dad wasn’t always one to express his emotions with words, but his love and wisdom showed up in countless ways—if you knew how to listen.👂

He was a remarkable man, and I carry so many pieces of him within me. This Father’s Day month, I wanted to honor him by sharing a few of the life-shaping gifts he gave me.💫

As I honor my father this month, I also want to take a moment to honor all the fathers and father figures in our community. Whether you are guiding little ones, grown children, or simply showing up in someone’s life with love and support—you are seen and deeply appreciated.🤟
