Jade—thank you for being such an important part of what we’ve built at Love.Life from day one. Over the past two years, your compassion, dedication, and the way you show up for our members have helped shape a truly wonderful healthcare experience.

Incredibly grateful to have been part of your journey. While farewells are never easy, I’m cheering you on in this next chapter and know you’ll continue to make a meaningful impact wherever you go šŸ¤.

Happy National Doctors’ Day šŸ¤

There’s something really special about this work—the blend of science, intuition, and human connection that never stops teaching me.

I’m deeply grateful to be surrounded by physicians who lead with compassion, stay curious, and show up for their patients and their teams every single day.

To all the physicians out there doing the work day in and day out—what you bring to this world truly matters - thank you. šŸ«¶šŸ½šŸ™šŸ½

There’s something special about stepping into the sunshine after our weekly huddle with the people you get to do this meaningful work with. šŸ¤

Grateful for moments like these with our medical team at Love.Life—laughing, connecting, and swinging golf clubs šŸ˜„ā›³ļø.

In a world where medicine can feel siloed, I’m reminded of how beautiful it is to work in an integrative health space where collaboration, curiosity, and community thrive. It makes the work deeper, the impact greater, and the journey a whole lot more joyful.

More of this, always. 🌿

A few weeks ago we had our Team Appreciation Day at .life and it gave us something that rarely happens in healthcare… a moment to actually pause and look around the room.

Every coach. Every trainer. Every practitioner. Every person behind the front desk. Every person supporting members in ways that often go unseen. All together, celebrating 600 days of being open.

I had the chance to share a brief presentation about how what we’ve all created is actually working. People are getting better. People are feeling seen. And yes… people are playing pickleball šŸ˜‚

I’ve seen the healing with my own eyes (even when the building was just concrete.

This model of healthcare is so unique, but now we’ve got the real proof that it works.

I’ve seen bone density improve.
I’ve seen weight health improve.
I’ve seen blood sugar improve.
I’ve seen cholesterol patterns normalize.
I’ve seen micronutrient deficiencies corrected so hormones could finally stabilize.

I’ve seen blood pressure improve.

I’ve seen people regain energy they thought was gone for good.

I’ve had members tell me, more than once, ā€œI’ve never experienced healthcare like this before.ā€

Functional medicine. Integrative care with experts. Fitness. Trainers. Diagnostics. Nutrition. Classes. Recovery. Community. All under one roof, together.

It started as an idea w/ our founders (and a closed down Best Buy) and now it’s a place where people come to rebuild their health and create a longer, stronger life.

We don’t often get moments to step back and acknowledge that.

But that day together was one of those moments.

And it reminded me how proud I am to be part of this team.

Because when people ask if this model works…

The answer is yes.

We’re seeing it every day here at Love Life.

I had the joy of moderating a Q&A with Ashley Koff about her new book, Your Best Shot, at our Meet the Author event at .life last week.

These events are such a beautiful reminder of what happens when curiosity, compassion, and community come together.

We gathered in our Gather Room to talk about the deeper layers of weight health, from gut hormones and GLP-1s to food noise, metabolism, and the many factors that influence how we nourish and care for our bodies.

These evenings mean so much to me. I get to see the community gather and grow together in such an intentional way. Our Meet the Author series helps us to learn, to ask questions, and to support one another in building a healthier foundation.

Grateful for every person who joined us!

Last night we gathered in community for a powerful conversation on heart health with three incredible local cardiologists (Dr. Christiane Schaeffler, Dr. Rigved Tadwalkar, and Dr. Ilan Kedan who shared their wisdom and answered your thoughtful questions. šŸ¤ā£
⁣
We explored the true pillars of cardiovascular health — prevention as a daily practice, building the right foundation early, nourishing your body, understanding your personal risk factors and family history, diving into inflammation, and knowing which lab markers and diagnostic tests actually matter. Because when we know better, we can intervene earlier — and live better.⁣
⁣
What I appreciated most was the reminder that medicine doesn’t have to exist in silos. When physicians collaborate, listen, and learn from one another — and from our patients — care becomes deeper, more thoughtful, and more human. ⁣
⁣
These relationships matter.⁣ šŸ«¶šŸ½
⁣
Cardiovascular disease remains the number one killer worldwide, which is exactly why conversations like this are so important. It was an honor to begin this year’s first Longevity Learning Series with such a meaningful topic.⁣
⁣
More dialogue. ⁣
More prevention. ⁣
More community.⁣
More connection.⁣
⁣
Let’s keep going…
