On-site ultrasound services, supervised by the expertise of Dr. Rayman, provide for accurate diagnosis and successful treatment. A high-tech photographic system affords easy comparison of before and after pictures. Treatments for varicose veins, many of which are covered by insurance, include endovenous laser ablation, radiofrequency ablation, mechanical-chemical ablation (MOCA, Clarivein procedure), microphlebectomies and ultrasound guided sclerotherapy. Cosmetic spider veins are treated with sclerotherapy, cutaneous laser, IPL, and Vein Gogh. Advanced cosmetic treatments which we provide include Botox and dermal filler injections, IPL, laser hair removal, as well as other laser beautification procedures.
