I have a client in my program who is an amputee and he is an amazing man. He sent me this.
A couple of days later, after he came from the doctor, he texted me the news that the doctor took him off of all meds BECAUSE HE IS NO LONGER DIABETIC!
He decided to finally take action! What have you decided?

What do you think walking 10,000 steps a day does to your type 2 diabetes?
I would say burning for starters but also helping you develop habits and routines?it is not always easy but the payoff is huge?

Great day Saturday being a guest of and meeting in their booth and so many others!
I use their products in my wellness company to help move my clients off of sugary snacks. Their products are full of protein, fiber and which my people love…

If you broke your leg would you get it fixed immediately?
Then why don’t you do this with your high blood sugar? This is way more dangerous than any bone you will break in your body. Yet you wait.
You wait until the doctor explains that you are going to lose some toes or go on dialysis. Think about that…

Got to catch up with my buddy who was back at The Mecca to finalize selling his house as he relocated out of Cali.
Brad has had an amazing life transformation and is a very grounded individual. Just talking to him makes you feel better!
If you aren’t following Brad, and his awesome dog, you should be! Great guy and look forward to his next return!

Big shout out to my new friend who’s is a former pro-football coach,including a stint as the head coach of the in Canada, but now works on helping executives with work.
He has a great book called The Crush-It Formula out that I would highly recommend! Feed your brain!

I texted my friend last week to congratulate him on running over 365 days consistently. I was telling him how much he inspired me for my Sunday running at Gold’s Venice.
As I continue to lose weight I am able to do more things and my weekly 5k on a treadmill is one of them. And I love it!
But what I love even more is when I can congratulate a friend on their achievements as well! Don’t be afraid to let a friend know that you think they are doing an amazing job!
