Here’s to the final installment of my decade of reproduction. I spent Mother’s Day in L&D getting fluids because I may have over did it throwing my first born (she’s a Mother’s Day baby) a party yesterday. Still learning how to mother myself. Extremely grateful to have a life partner who is also a nurturer while baby 3’s uterine capoeira humbles me. It’s all bed rest (and prenatal yoga) for me from today forward. Send electrolytes vibes my way and if you see me trying to do something tell me to sit down. TIA 🙏🏽

Allow me to shine some light on this crew of women who gave me the gift of carefree ! In Buddhist teaching there is the saying “10,000 sorrows, 10,000 joys.” Well the past year and change revealed deep sorrows for me. And thanks to the tribe right here, I’ve been able to cultivate my joy while being an undefeated, victorious love and life giver. I love y’all deeply and completely. I couldn’t ask for a better squad to usher me into this new life energy. Much more to come!!

Congrats to everyone who just started their period. You are now one day pregnant. That’s how they measure fetal age.
Cycle day 1! Now more than ever, overstand the fertility cycle. ALL pregnancies happen between day 1 and ovulation, and when confirming a pregnancy, the age of the fetus is determined by the first day of the last menstrual period. Essentially we are all considered pregnant until we can avoid implantation. Teach the children young. And please don’t come for me over irregular cycles and variations. Book a session and I’ll help you master your fertility 🌸✨

My new job is f🤬cking with my pronouns. I now identify as CAPITAL SHE, HER and construction BAE. .
Ever since my transition out of full time professional care giving, the designer in me has been vying for attention. It all started when I decided my house deserved an update. And then came thru and made me a reclaimed wood wall but also told me I could my own kitchen island. 🤯🤯🤯.
One thing lead to another (and another and another) and now I’m a construction and design project manager. Only so I can make money to do more projects at my house. 🤪🤓
So, what do you think of my ship lap? And my soft butch coveralls ? With this utility belt? 😎
