Yoga Nidra is the "Guided Yogic Meditation" mentioned on the flyer.It’s a powerful meditation technique that guides you into deep states of relaxation, where your entire being is infused with peace and profound stillness. Through a combination of breath, body, and awareness practices, you consciously enter the twilight space between waking and sleep. From here, you can begin to rest more as awareness itself—beyond the busy mind.
Yoga Nidra brings you into the “Zero Stress Zone,” where 45 minutes of practice is said to be as restorative as 3 hours of sleep. It has also been shown to support healing in areas of the brain impacted by trauma. It's used to aid recovery from PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and insomnia, and is a powerful tool for stress management.
