Conley Outreach Community Services Conley Outreach has been “Caring for the Heart of Community” for over 35 years.

Our services fall within three primary program areas: 1)Grief Care 2) Resource Referral and Advocacy and 3) Community Services. Our grief care division includes 4 adult support groups, family and children's events, a summer day camp and onsite crisis assistance. The West Towns Human Services Network links over 500 families each year to health and social services within a 4 county area. Our communi

ty services include financial assistance to qualified residents, a holiday gift program, the Community Care Team volunteer network and a family nurturing program for families of early childhood special education children.

With Conley Outreach Community Services, ”Managing the Seasonal Impact on Your Grief” offers an opportunity to process these mixed feelings that a griever might be experiencing during springtime. Participants will learn new skills for using items from the natural world to create a mandala and help them integrate their grief.

We’re back! “Nourishing Your Heart:Cooking and Connecting After Loss” is returning May 28th in our new space! Thank you to everyone who came out to the open house for a sneak peak at the new kitchen. Special thanks to Grace United Methodist Church in Maple Park who are not only our new hosts but have worked so hard to get the kitchen ready for us! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Please join us on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a Prescription Drug Drop Off event at the Town and Country Public Library District in Elburn. Thank you to co-hosts State Senator Don DeWitte and the Elburn Police Department. This is a free outdoor event that allows you to remain in your vehicle while safely disposing of unused, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs.

Building on previous years, we have incorporated a mix of new and established activities.
