If you’ve ever built anything from the ground up, you know how exciting this stage is. Our new space is really starting to take shape — the ceilings are officially installed! 🙌

It’s amazing how one update can make everything feel a little more real.

🚚✨ We’ve Been Getting This Question A LOT… ✨🚚

So many of you have asked, “When is the big move happening?”
And trust me — we’re just as excited as you are! 🙌

But here’s the honest answer: we don’t have an exact move-in date yet.
Construction is moving along, the plans are coming together, and everything is headed in the right direction… it just isn’t quite time to circle a day on the calendar.

What we can promise is this:
➡️ As soon as we have a firm date, YOU will be the first to know.
➡️ And yes, we’ll definitely be celebrating when the doors open! 🎉

🎉 The secret is out! 🎉
A lot of people have been asking... So it is time to reveal our new location! We’re thrilled to announce that our new home will be in the Carrolltowne Health Center in Suite 206 at 1643 Liberty Road!

After months of planning, designing, and dreaming, we can’t wait to welcome you into a space built to help you move better and feel better.

Construction has begun on our new office space, and we couldn’t be more excited to see our next chapter taking shape!

We’ve been dreaming, planning, and designing a space that will help us make you move and feel better — and now it’s coming to life (complete with hard hats and happy dances).
