Do you realize that pretty much ALL cereals are just junk? Yep, even if it's "Smart to Smart" or "Healthy Grains". And, so called healthy cereals often contain the ingredient BHT! yikes! and here's even sadder news... that cereals claim they have vitamins and minerals, etc? yeah, they might, but their sprayed on the cereals so the manufacturer can claim they do!! Now, that's just B.S! Change your habits, change your life! :)
