UPDATE – On Wednesday, Feb 12th – the office will be REMOTE ONLY until mid-day. We will decide in the AM if the office will see in-person appointments. THANK YOU!

UPDATE for Monday, Jan 20th, 2025: Due to anticipated freezing weather and poor driving conditions, the BW Primary Care offices will be REMOTE/TELEHEALTH ONLY on Monday, January 20th ALL DAY. Telehealth appointments will remain on the schedule. All patients with appointments will be contacted about their preference to change their appointments to telehealth or to reschedule. Our entire staff will be working remotely to answer call, schedule appointments, handle portal messages and refill medications. Thank you for your patience on inclement weather days. We will update our website for other schedule changes.
