We’ve all seen the quotes about learning to “dance in the rain,” but I’ll be honest: I think getting soaked is overrated. There is an underrated kind of magic in:

• Choosing comfort.
• Honoring your mood instead of forcing a “silver lining.”

You don’t have to turn every rainy day into a musical; it’s okay to just wait for the sun, wrapped in a blanket, with zero mascara running down your face.

While our 5️⃣ basic senses tell us about the world around us, Proprioception tells us what’s happening inside us. It’s the constant conversation between our 🧠 and our nervous system that tracks every limb’s position, force, and movement in real-time.

Why we need it:
🚶Balance & Stability: It’s what keeps is upright on uneven ground. This is especially important as we age.
🩼 Injury Prevention: Good “joint position sense” protects our ligaments from awkward tweaks.

If you don’t use it, you lose it! 📉 Challenge your body with balance drills, single-leg work, or even closing your eyes during your next stretch to sharpen your mind-body connection.
