To secure your spot for the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days before the retreat begins.
We understand that circumstances can change. Once the final payment is made, you are eligible for a full refund (minus the deposit) if you cancel up to 6 months before the retreat start date. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 months prior will receive a 50% refund, less the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 months of the retreat are non-refundable as we are booking all of the excursions to guarantee a private, group experience.
