Preserving Families Through Partnerships in Central/ South Central Missouri Working together to strengthen Families who are impacted by SUD. We serve Adults and Adolescents.

Regional Partnership Grant was awarded to Preferred Family Healthcare in 2019. RPG is a federally funded, 5 year grant that helps reunify families that have had their children removed from the home due to substance use or their children are at risk of removal from the home. RPG partners with a diverse group of agencies to achieve four specific outcomes. With a focus on preservation and/or reunification for children and families who are living in homes impacted by substance use, outcomes to be achieved are: decreased substance use, increased safety, increased well being, and permanency. PFH works in collaboration with the family and local partners to create an individualized system of care to support the family in utilizing their strengths and meeting their needs.
