In my mid-twenties, I lifted heavy. I felt strong, grounded, and like a total powerhouse. ๐ช
But I also realized ๐ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐บ ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ช๐ค๐ฌ๐ญ๐บ, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ธ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐๐ข๐ฃ๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฅ๐ฏโ๐ต ๐ง๐ช๐ต ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ท๐ช๐ฃ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ณ 5 ๐ง๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ด๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฆ๐คฃ๐, and while I loved being strong, I also wanted to feel soft, feminine, and flowy.
Thatโs when I found this sweet spot โ barre, Pilates, and sculpt.
The perfect balance of strength and graceโ powerhouse abs, energized all day, quads poppinโ, and I can carry all the groceries in one tripโฆ but I also feel dainty, light, and confident in a dress. ๐
At the end of the day, the best thing you can do is move your body in ways that you love. Movement that lights you up, supports your lifestyle, and helps you feel so good in your skin.
