In my mid-twenties, I lifted heavy. I felt strong, grounded, and like a total powerhouse. ๐Ÿ’ช

But I also realized ๐˜ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ฌ ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜บ ๐˜ฒ๐˜ถ๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ฌ๐˜ญ๐˜บ, ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ฎ๐˜บ ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ฅ๐˜ฅ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜Š๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ฅ๐˜ฏโ€™๐˜ต ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ฎ๐˜บ ๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ 5 ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜†, and while I loved being strong, I also wanted to feel soft, feminine, and flowy.

Thatโ€™s when I found this sweet spot โ€” barre, Pilates, and sculpt.

The perfect balance of strength and graceโ€” powerhouse abs, energized all day, quads poppinโ€™, and I can carry all the groceries in one tripโ€ฆ but I also feel dainty, light, and confident in a dress. ๐Ÿ’ƒ

At the end of the day, the best thing you can do is move your body in ways that you love. Movement that lights you up, supports your lifestyle, and helps you feel so good in your skin.
