The moon doesn’t rush... it doesn’t compare... it doesn’t apologize. It simply follows its path and shines when it’s time.

There’s wisdom in that. Too often we measure our worth against timelines, comparisons, or opinions that have nothing to do with our truth.

The moon reminds us that light doesn’t need validation... it only needs space to shine.

So let yourself breathe... trust your timing... and honor your path. Like the moon, your light will always find a way through the night.

Our Executive Director, Debbie L. Proulx, is being deployed to Texas to assist in recovery efforts following the catastrophic flooding that has taken lives and devastated communities.

This work is heavy, sacred, and deeply human. It reminds us that mental health is not separate from crisis; it walks beside grief, trauma, and loss.

While Debbie is away, all NAMI Pasco groups will continue as scheduled, except for Friday in-person. Coaching, Signal support, and resource access remain available. Our team is still here for you.

With that said, we may be slower to respond to messages from those outside our currently served (we still need one more phone volunteer if anyone is interested in the future email info@namipasco.org) and all Facebook postings will be paused.

Please take a moment to remember that life is fragile. That presence matters. That showing up for each other is everything.

Please refrain from political or conspiracy based comments on this post. This is about people: those grieving, those surviving, and those serving. We stand with them in care and compassion.

💚 If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988.

🚨 For emergencies, call 911.

Good Night 💚
