Enrollment open with a few spots left! I’m so excited to start my January 2026 module of my Holistic Grief Coach Certification course. My very comprehensive, heart centered, holistic, and revolutionary course is the perfect place for someone who genuinely wants to help others by showing up for people’s dark night of the soul after loss.

Besides the inspiration, guidance, tools, and techniques you learn, an essential aspect of my course is a profound version of personal development; I help my students expand and find the best version of themselves to become the container that can consistently and abundantly do the work that Grief support requires.

Doing grief work is highly personal so I work in small modules to give a very high level of personal attention and guidance to each student.

My student is a kind hearted person that values showing up with integrity and compassion and understands the sacredness of helping and being of service to others. Each of my students place a very high priority on personal evolution and healing. You can’t do this work without growing and understanding that you are a part of something bigger. On the stroke of midnight tonight, you can resolve to be better, if you like…
to be fitter,
to eat cleaner,
to work harder.

On the stroke of midnight tonight,
you can resolve to become a whole new you,
if you so choose.

Or, you can take a moment to acknowledge what you already are.
Because it’s a lot.
You are a lot.

And you deserve to be truly seen.

On the stroke of midnight tonight, perhaps you could congratulate yourself, for coping.
For breaking, again,
for rebuilding, again.

For catching the stones life has thrown at you,
and using them to build your castle that little bit more beautifully.

And if you have used those stones to block yourself in for the ‘heal’, perhaps you can realign them this year. Make a grander gate, not a higher wall.

You have endured, my friend.
Through times you thought unendurable. You did.

And I don’t see the need to resolve to become a whole new you,
when you are already so very much indeed.

You made it.

Now let us face another 365 day-turn, arms wide…
accepting, embracing and ‘seeing’ one other,
for all we truly are…

breaks and all.
