Description:

Baugh Behavioral Health & Psychiatry seeks PMHNP-BC providers interested in building an independent patient panel within a collaborative private practice environment.

Providers are responsible for developing their own client base while benefiting from shared infrastructure and peer collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management
• Treatment planning
• Telehealth and/or in-office services
• Panel development & community outreach

Qualifications:
• PMHNP-BC Certification
• Active State License (IL or AZ)
• DEA License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Independent practice readiness
