5️⃣ Prepare a “signature line” that makes you memorable.

Something like:

“I’m someone who doesn’t just get things done — I improve how they get done.”
That sticks in their mind.

6️⃣ When they ask “Do you have questions for us?” NEVER say no.

Ask these (they’re gold):
• “What’s the biggest challenge in this role right now?”
• “What does success look like in the first 90 days?”
• “Why is this role open?” (👀 very telling)

These make you sound strategic, not desperate.

7️⃣ Have a ‘closing pitch’ of 10 seconds.

Like a mini mic-drop:

“Based on what you’ve shared today, I’m confident I can deliver ___ and help the team with ___.”

Hiring managers LOVE clarity.

8️⃣ Show enthusiasm but not desperation.

Excited = yes
“I WILL DO ANYTHING PLEASE PICK ME” = no thank you 😂

9️⃣ Practice your answers out loud — your brain lies.

In your head: “I sound amazing.”
Out loud: “Why did I just say that??”
Practice = no surprises.

🔟 Follow up with a thank-you email WITH VALUE.

Not just “thank you.”
Add ONE reminder of what you bring:

“I’m especially excited about helping with __challenge we discussed.”

Professional. Confident. Clean.

1️⃣ Research the company… but don’t say “I stalked you.”

Say: “I looked into your recent projects and noticed ____.”
Translation: You did your homework without sounding like an FBI agent.

2️⃣ Bring one story for every skill.

Interviews love examples, not “I’m a hard worker.”
Have mini-stories ready for:
• problem-solving
• teamwork
• leadership
• pressure
This is basically your “receipts folder.”

3️⃣ Learn the job description like it’s the lyrics of a Taylor Swift song.

Every time they ask you something, connect your answer to EXACTLY what they want.
They say “communication”? → you mention communication.
They say “organization”? → you mention organization.
Easy brain hack.

4️⃣ Before answering a question, take a 1–2 second pause.

Looks calm. Looks smart.
Inside your brain you’re screaming, but outside…
you look like a CEO.
