Take scriptures like Isaiah 54:17 Genesis 50:20 Psalm 5:12 Zachariah 2:5 Psalm 27:13 Romans 16:20 and turn them into a decree that you send forth It will go out into the spirit.

🔥No weapon formed against me shall prosper. every tongue that rises up against me and judgment or false accusation is refuted, confused, and condemned.
The enemies schemes attacks and obfuscations are rendered null and void.
Thank you Lord that you surround me with your favor as a shield, and you are a glory in my midst.
I am covered and protected.
I will see the goodness of God in the midst of these attacks.
Praise you Lord that you give me peace as the enemy is crushed beneath my feet!

There is a difference between the cross God calls you to carry — and the weight the enemy loaded onto your back without your permission.
Some of what you've been carrying was never yours to begin with. The shame from what someone else did TO you. The generational patterns passed down before you were old enough to choose. Jesus says — COME — with all of it — right now — exactly as you are. And His burden is light.
