We are a small, successful, and team-oriented veterinary practice seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
•Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily calendars
•Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle invoicing
•Communicate clearly with veterinary staff to coordinate patient care
•Provide exceptional customer service and support to pet owners
Qualifications:
•Previous reception or customer service experience preferred (veterinary experience a plus)
•Strong communication and multitasking skills
•Compassion for animals and their owners
•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Thanks to all who were able to come to our first annual Valentine’s pet parade!
We had a wonderful turnout and a great time was had by all. 
Humans and canines enjoyed promenading around, socializing, and having some refreshments before and after the festivities.
