Great teams are built with purpose, and our HR Director, Cristina Escueta, plays a big part in making that happen. 👏

Cris is incredibly dedicated to her building and takes pride in everything they do. From striving to be the best in healthcare academy compliance to ensuring employees feel engaged and satisfied, Cris consistently puts in the effort to support her team. When employees have concerns, she works hard to find solutions and always keeps their needs in mind while balancing the many responsibilities of her role.

Cris works closely with our Administrator and Director of Nursing to ensure everything runs smoothly, and the building continues to thrive. Thank you Cris for being a great team player and hard worker whose commitment to Aperion Care Fox River make a meaningful difference every day! 🧡💙

Greg shows such compassion for both residents and staff every day. His team-focused leadership has also helped the facility earn outstanding recognition (especially over the last year), including being ranked #7 Best Nursing Home in Illinois by Newsweek, receiving multiple companywide awards, and maintaining a 5-star overall rating from Medicare.
