At Avondale Estates of Elgin, we celebrate the incredible journey of Sandra Smith, who completed her rextherapeutics rehabilitation with us after a fall that led to a fractured femur.

Upon arrival, Sandra required significant assistance with daily activities. However, with dedication and hard work
alongside our Rex Therapeutics physical and occupational therapists, she made remarkable improvements.

Sandra progressed from needing maximum assistance to walking independently with a rolling walker and performing daily tasks with confidence.
