Call your doctor or 911 if you have:

❗ Swelling, pain or tenderness in your leg (usually one side)
❗ Warm skin or redness in the affected area
❗ Chest pain, shortness of breath, or racing heart

These can be signs of a blood clot, which can travel to your lungs and become deadly.

Your concerns deserve to be taken seriously. Take action right away.

With the generosity of the Hoffer Family Foundation, Well Child Center is offering a limited number of complimentary preventive dental visits to children in Elgin and South Elgin who do not have dental insurance. The visit includes the following:
‱ Complete dental exam and x-rays
‱ Dental cleaning
‱ Fluoride treatment
‱ Patient education
This is a limited time offer.
