This might be a bit "harsh" but it speaks the truth!!!

Take a look at what you are eating on a daily basis - if more processed food is consumed than organic healthy food - well then, you need to start there.

What are your snacks and how often are you eating them?

Are you sitting down and enjoying a FULL meal?

Are you getting good quality protein in on a regular basis throughout the day?

How about those green veggies?

Take a good, honest look at what you are REALLY eating or NOT eating!!!

Too funny not to post!!!

It's hard when you are a health and life coach and feel stuck yourself!

I eat right, but as I've said exercise has been almost impossible for me and so I've been STUCK for 3 years!

These last 4 weeks has been a huge shift with the natural supplement I was introduced to!! I feel like I can once again help others and get back to coaching (which I love).

Don't let this number hold you hostage!!

I can't tell you how many people I have to coach through letting go of their scale!!!

Be mindful of how this number makes you feel - stress, anxious, does if ruin your entire day if it's not what it should be!???

Move to a different measurement - how do you feel, are you moving and enjoying it? Do you have energy, are you sleeping well? Do you have clarity? How do your joints feel? These are MUCH better ways to measure your health and ANY number on the scale!!!

NSV = Non-Scale VICTORY!!!

It's important that you celebrate these MORE than the number on the scale!

Mine this past week - I went hiking for 3 days - a long 10 mile hike and 2 shorter ones - but one was over 1100 stairs!!! The past 3 years hiking has been difficult to say the least, because of my joint pain!!! Not to say I wasn't sore LOL - but it was purely muscle pain - which I can take!!!

The joint pain I've endured over the last 3 years has been relentless and I didn't realize how much until now that it's gone! My clothes are fitting better and I feel great!!!

If you are interested in how I'm getting this relief, let me know!!! It's an amazing supplement and I want to share it with the world LOL!!!
