We’re reminding all our amazing Yaddies about our Referral Rewards Program—our way of saying THANK YOU for bringing more great people into our family. 💚

Here’s how it works:
🔹 Refer a candidate for an open therapy position at a YAD facility
🔹 Once they complete 90 days, you earn:
➡️ $1,500 for full-time hires
➡️ $750 for part-time hires
