At Haven Mental wellness, we honor the strength of our ancestors and the legacy of liberation. We stand in deep gratitude and recognition of the enduring fight for justice, dignity, and mental – being in black communities.

Hey Haven Family! I will be on my Bday vacation from March 25th-April 8th and will return to the office on April 9th.
💚Therapy Support: If you need support while I’m away, Shameka Cooper of Love You More Counseling will be covering and can be reached at 252-301-8859.
💚Emergency Assistance: Please call 911 or Mobile Crisis (available 24/7) at 1-866-1821 for immediate support.
💚 Sauna Update: The HaloIR/Infrared Sauna will also be closed during this time and will reopen upon my return.
💚Yoga Classes: Mind Body Yoga with Gemini will resume April 12th at 10am. I can’t wait to see you all soon! 💚
