Position Overview
This position requires that you provide excellent customer service to all customers in the territory; assisting and supporting the sales team by maintaining relationships with new, existing and future customers to promote sales growth of the company.
The Inside Sales Position reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base.
Process orders and paperwork.
Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing.
Answer incoming calls.
Provide sales support for walk in customers.
· Timely and effective communication
· Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
· Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Any other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task in busy working environment
General understanding of Sales and Customer Service
· Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
· Knowledge of building/construction products
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
· Bilingual – Spanish or Portuguese and English

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
