Tonight was such a special evening at Elizabeth Care Center as we welcomed the wonderful Big Island Run Band to share their gift of Gospel music with our residents. The room was filled with smiles, clapping hands, laughter, and the kind of joy that music brings straight to the heart.

One of the sweetest moments of the evening was that a couple of our residents picked a song to sing while the band played their guitars. Seeing them light up while sharing their voices and memories through music was truly heartwarming. Moments like these remind us that music has a special way of bringing people together, lifting spirits, and touching souls.

Thank you, Big Island Run Band, for always bringing so much love, kindness, and beautiful music to our residents. Your visits mean more than words can say. ❤️🎶

Today in our Culture Club, we took a trip to Thailand through food and fun! 🇹🇭

Our residents got to sample a variety of sweet and spicy treats from Thailand, and let’s just say… some flavors were a little more adventurous than what we’re used to! 😄 While everyone enjoyed trying something new, many of our residents decided they might just stick with good old hometown cooking.

No matter the reaction, there were plenty of laughs, smiles, and great conversations as we explored another culture together. That’s what Culture Club is all about — making memories and trying new experiences together! ❤️

After getting a little rest and recharging from all the fun of Nursing Home Week… our residents were more than ready to jump back into the action with a competitive game of Noodle Ball! 🏐💥

The laughs were loud, the competition was fierce, and the teamwork was amazing! From cheering each other on to showing off their noodle skills, this game brought so much joy and energy to the room.

Aloha from Elizabeth Care Center 🌺🌴🍹

We wrapped up the last day of Nursing Home Week with a fun-filled Hawaiian Get Away Luau Party! Residents enjoyed tropical games, island music, laughter with friends, and some delicious mock margaritas to top it all off.

It has been such a wonderful week full of smiles, memories, and moments that remind us just how special our residents truly are. Thank you to everyone who helped make Nursing Home Week so meaningful and fun for our ECC family. ❤️

🎬✨ Day 4 of Nursing Home Week was filled with glitz, glamour, and so many beautiful moments during our Hollywood Red Carpet Award Event at Elizabeth Care Center! ❤️

One of the most heartwarming parts of the day was hearing our residents cheer, clap, and celebrate each other as each award winner was announced. The smiles, laughter, and encouragement shared throughout the room truly made everyone feel like a star. ⭐

A huge thank you to Keith Ellison for spending the morning with our residents at Elizabeth Care Center! 🎶❤️

Music has such a special way of bringing back memories, creating smiles, and filling the room with joy. Our residents truly enjoyed singing along, clapping their hands, and spending time together during today’s performance.

We are so thankful for the kindness and talent that Keith shares with our residents each time he visits. Thank you for helping create moments that mean so much to our ECC family! 🎤✨
