Last night A TIME WAS HAD!!!!

The fellas Showed OUT!!! They definitely let us ladies know they standing on business. It was great to see Men in a professional positive setting.

I met up with some Amazing women. Guess what profession most of them are in health and wellness. They will on my call tonight too!! Can’t wait for us to do lunch, dinner and link up together.

Fork them Tacos was hitting !!! Amazing atmosphere can’t wait to go back.

Good morning 🌞 it’s a rainy day in NJ.
But as a mom of two kids I want the best for my kids. So I only give them supplements I know are great for them.

Every morning they start off with 1 radiant mind a day I need them to be focused at school

2 Greens and Berries let’s face it my kids love veggies but only specific ones and I need them to get nutrients from them all.

2 Multivitamins it’s the season of germs amongst other things so their bodies need to be functioning at its best!!
