💙 A Heartfelt Thank You from Elizabeth Family Clinic 💙

We would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our patients and the community for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Our provider, Mrs. Paula Gates, has sadly lost her beloved husband, Mr. Wayne Gates, this past weekend. We kindly ask that you keep the Gates family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this challenging time.

In remembrance of Mr. Wayne, our clinic will be closed this Wednesday to allow our staff to attend the services.
