Hello sweet friends,
I’m so thrilled to share that I’m back in the treatment room and I’ve missed this deeply. If you were a client at One Mind Spa back in the day, you’ll be happy to know that you’ll find many of the same nurturing treatments you loved, along with a refreshed and expanded menu of offerings to support the whole woman mind, body, and spirit.
Over the last few years, my path has beautifully evolved. I’m now weaving together holistic esthetics, doula care, and photography to serve women in all seasons from self-care and skin health to birth and beyond.
✨I’ll be offering once-a-month Pop-Up Spa Days using organic skincare, intuitive touch, and grounding bodywork.
💆🏽♀️Facials, lymphatic work, body rituals, pregnancy-safe care, and postpartum offerings all tailored for deep rest and renewal.
✨ My next spa day is August 30th at Fruition Wellness Co. in Parker.
