I have had to enforce the 90days exchange/incident policy. People if you wait more than 6 months to tell me you can't find your cord (or was "never delivered") Some waiting more than 11 months from delivery to speak up.... You can't do that with big box stores, stop taking advantage of the small businesses. Yes if you can't find you cord, I will work with you, but its not free. If you excuse me of not shipping something over 6 months old when there is tracking showing delivered, I will not reply with anything other than showing it was delivered. There is s right way and a wrong way to handle things. Stop acting like small business are being done a favor with this kind of abuse. THANK YOU!
