I have had to enforce the 90days exchange/incident policy. People if you wait more than 6 months to tell me you can't find your cord (or was "never delivered") Some waiting more than 11 months from delivery to speak up.... You can't do that with big box stores, stop taking advantage of the small businesses. Yes if you can't find you cord, I will work with you, but its not free. If you excuse me of not shipping something over 6 months old when there is tracking showing delivered, I will not reply with anything other than showing it was delivered. There is s right way and a wrong way to handle things. Stop acting like small business are being done a favor with this kind of abuse. THANK YOU!

Ah yes.. I wondered why my Bridezillas were this year. Buyer order Aug 4th a custom box. Shows that its not due to ship until Sept 10th. She emails on Friday wanting to know "what's the hold up" " I ordered this a Month ago" I screen shots of the process and ship date to her along with explaining the processjng time due to these are to be desugned, burned, sanded and oiled plus dry time. ( Its a box for Oct 6th BTW) Emailed today wantign to know why it still hasn't shipped. AS I am answering her again. She opens a case on Etsy who contacts me to "do not ship and they are refunded her and NOT taking the funds from me" they went on that the customer is having issues grasping handmade to order policies. SO, its best I do not ship the order LOL . Then she emails me telling me I scammed etsy by us both being paid for an item she will never have. WHAT?!?!!?!

People when ordering a wedding item from me.... If you ignore 2 important emails. One about the charms you picked vs the cord you were asking about int he time frame. When you ask about a certain cord, I tell you yes that one is available, then ok. But when you change that and don't answer emails. NOT MY fault. 2 email is when I move the ship date so I can get your charms that out no long available so I have to pay extra for a 3rd party. Then you don't answer me for 5 days in a panic. Yelling at me. No dear. You don't get to play "no communication" with me. And sorry your order has been canceled. I don't take verbal abuse. Your wedding day or not... I don't do bridezillas. Spending 3 hrs arguing with me doesn't change my mind to help you out. Good day ...hope its a better one for you.

Moving Sale is Friday the 19 thru the 21st from noon to 6pm each day.... Cash and carry ( I will take venmo if needed) Bookcases ( in varying sizes), Lego sets, Funk Pops, Washer, dryer from scrap (please come and get) Dining room table & chairs, desk, Amorie & dresser, clothing, reseller items that I just didn't list yet on Ebay, kids toys ( including build a bear and American girl clothing), Glassware, collectibles, crystals, crafts, Vintage clothing, roller skate, motorcycle bags, metaphysical items, etc! Photos coming as I clear a room to put some of it. No reasonable offers refused. ( I will deal on bundled items) Clothing will be $5 a paper bag.
