Winter Movement Check-In!

Colder weather = stiffer joints. But even a little movement can go a long way.

What’s your go-to stretch or motion when your body’s feeling frozen?

Featuring cutting-edge technology, our clinics offer the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill and are the only outpatient clinic in Elizabeth and Jersey City to provide computerized, clinical diagnostic testing in addition to treatment as a part of our vestibular physical therapy rehabilitation program for dizziness and vertigo.
