Life Care Center of Elizabethton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Our homelike nursing home makes both residents and their loved ones feel like they are part of the Life Care family. Therapists and nurses work with each patient to create an individualized care plan, just for them. We are conveniently located 4 miles from Sycamore Shoals Hospital, making us a great choice for those in need of inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation, as well as skilled nursing care. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and resort-like amenities make our residents and patients feel right at home.

Our August Movie Night was a hit! 🎬🍿

Residents cozied up to watch the new "Lilo and Stitch" and enjoyed a night full of laughter, snacks, and ohana vibes. 🐶🌺

There's nothing better than good company and a great movie! Remember, we will host another movie on September 12th at 9 p.m. We will be showing "Wreck-it Ralph." Be sure to join us!

We had a wonderful time taking our long-term care residents to our neighbor, Mayflower Seafood Elizabethton TN for a special outing! 🚌🍽️

Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal, great company, and a chance to make new memories. It’s always a joy seeing their smiles and hearing their stories over a hearty meal. ❤️

Meet the Heart Behind the Care 💙

Welcoming the newest members to our team: Hannah & Joshua Webb, RNs. 🩺 We are pleased to welcome the Webbs to our nursing team here at Life Care Center of Elizabethton. We are excited for them to continue growing with us.

Here are a few fun facts about them! Joshua was a coal miner before becoming an RN. His favorite state to visit is South Dakota, and his favorite food is lasagna. His favorite type of nursing is cardiac. 🫀

Hannah was in the Marine Corps before becoming an RN. Her favorite food is ribeye, and her favorite type of nursing is emergency care/trauma. 👩‍⚕️

Together, the Webbs have 4 children, own a farm, and run an Etsy shop where they sell T-shirts, mugs, and car decals. 👕

We’d like to extend a big congratulations to Baileigh Day, Garrett Payne, and Ginette St. Louis on successfully completing their Health Administration Field Experience Internship here at Life Care Center of Elizabethton!

It was a pleasure having them with us, and we were proud to watch them present their final projects—an impressive summary of everything they’ve learned and contributed during their time at our facility. As students of East Tennessee State University, they each have a bright future ahead, and we have no doubt they will go on to become exceptional leaders in healthcare!

Our residents and their families had an absolute blast enjoying a giant inflatable water slide, classic games, face painting, and, of course, hot dogs fresh off the grill! Thank you to everyone who made it such a fun-filled day!
