Life Care Center of Elizabethton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Our homelike nursing home makes both residents and their loved ones feel like they are part of the Life Care family. Therapists and nurses work with each patient to create an individualized care plan, just for them. We are conveniently located 4 miles from Sycamore Shoals Hospital, making us a great choice for those in need of inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation, as well as skilled nursing care. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and resort-like amenities make our residents and patients feel right at home.

🎉👏 Congratulations to Brittany Keller! We are so proud to celebrate Brittany’s completion of her AIT (Administrator in Training) program here at Life Care Center of Elizabethton, as well as her success in passing her Nursing Home Administrator Boards! 🌟

While it’s bittersweet to see her move on, we’re thrilled to announce that Brittany will be transitioning into the Executive Director role at The Heritage Center, a Life Care facility in Morristown. 💙 Brittany has been an incredible part of our team — her dedication, compassion, and leadership have made a lasting impact on our residents and associates alike. We can’t wait to see all she accomplishes in this exciting new chapter! 💐

💙 Life Care Center of Elizabethton had the pleasure of visiting Sullivan East High School this week! Our Executive Director, Brandy Grindstaff, and Public Health Intern, Baileigh Day, enjoyed speaking with the CNA and Anatomy classes about careers in long-term care and the many ways we can help support their future goals. 🌟

It was inspiring to hear from such motivated students who are passionate about making a difference in healthcare — the future is bright! ✨

🐔 Early Morning Appreciation! 🌅 Megan Ferguson, LPN Unit Manager, and Brandy Grindstaff, Executive Director, came in bright and early with the chickens last week to treat our amazing night shift to a delicious homemade breakfast — complete with orange juice slushies! 🥞🍳🥓 We’re so grateful for all of our team members who keep things running while the rest of us sleep. Your hard work and dedication never go unnoticed. 💙
