Life Care Center of Elizabethton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Today was a truly unforgettable moment at our community. One of our beloved residents, Mr. Curd, had the incredible honor of baptizing Bottney, one of our dedicated and kind-hearted PTAs. 💙 It was a beautiful reminder that faith, love, and connection know no titles or roles—just hearts. We're so proud of Bottney for taking this powerful step in her journey, and grateful to witness the bond that continues to grow within our walls.
