Life Care Center of Elizabethton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Our homelike nursing home makes both residents and their loved ones feel like they are part of the Life Care family. Therapists and nurses work with each patient to create an individualized care plan, just for them. We are conveniently located 4 miles from Sycamore Shoals Hospital, making us a great choice for those in need of inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation, as well as skilled nursing care. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and resort-like amenities make our residents and patients feel right at home.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Cara Roberson, Cardiac Nurse Practitioner, to our team here at Life Care Center of Elizabethton! 🫀 She obtained her master's degree from Union University and is part of the American Nurses Association and Tennessee Nurses Association. Cara has also volunteered for several organizations, such as People of Hope Ministries, RIFA Soup Kitchen, and YADA Ministries. Administrator Activity Time! ☘️

Brandy Grindstaff, Senior Executive Director, and Stephanie Williams, Administrator in Training, had a great time kicking off March with our residents! Between green sherbet, mint chocolate chip ice cream, and coming up with everyone’s leprechaun name, there was plenty of laughter to go around! 🍨💚

And yes… we will now be referring to our leaders as Brandy McSnickerleaf and Steph O’ Snack Snatcher! 🍀😂 We love bringing smiles, sweet treats, and lots of fun to our Life Care family!
