Mountain Family Medicine At Mountain Family Practice, we provide affordable healthcare for people who have no insurance or insurance that is too expensive to use.

We also take most major insurance plans include Medicaid and Medicare. Other services provided such as labs, ANS tests, suturing, removal of lesions, urinalysis and preventive studies are at significantly discounted rate (in most cases 50-75% less than other health care facilities charge). DOT physicals are provided at $65. We offer discounted cash prices for non insured and underinsured patients. This includes visits, labs, and any in-house testing.

Although I am still seeing some patients with insurance.
I am now seeing primarily, uninsured patients.
New patient visits are $75 and existing are $50.
Most patients only have to be seen 3-4 times a year for their primary care needs.

Significantly reduced labs and diagnostic testing is also available.
