Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the senior care industry, Jenalee serves as the Branch Operations Manager for Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sevier, LLC. Her career began as a hands-on caregiver for aging adults, including those living with dementia, which laid the foundation for her deep understanding and compassion for the population she serves. Over the years, Jena has expanded her expertise through roles as an Associate Administrator of a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF), Senior Care Advisor, Home Safety Specialist, and most recently, Director of Homecare.
Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective on both the operational and personal aspects of senior care. Jena is especially passionate about mentoring caregiving staff, drawing from her own frontline experience to guide, support, and inspire high-quality care delivery. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, practical knowledge, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors and their families.
Outside of her professional life, Jena enjoys reading and making memories with her husband, children, and their three dogs. She also loves traveling and spending quality time with her family whenever possible.
