Celebrating Clinical Success : Sarah Raby

Sarah Raby chose Ivy Hall Nursing Home following a recent stay in the hospital resulting in a decline in function. Upon admission, she required limited assistance with mobility, walking and activities of daily living which impacted on her ability to return home. Sarah traveled all the way from Fayetteville, TN to come to Ivy Hall for her skilled nursing needs.

Mrs. Raby was an exceptional therapy patient. She participated in Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy with the determination to return home. Respiratory Therapy was able to wean Mrs. Raby off oxygen and return to her baseline. Respiratory collaborated closely with the Therapy department and Nursing Staff to enhance her respiratory health.

IT'S FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!

This football-loving Mamaw is graduating from rehab and headed home. Deanna Rider has worked very hard over the last few weeks with Physical and Occupational Therapy to regain strength and endurance.

This is Mamaw Rider's 2nd time at Ivy Hall, and she was able to progress through the program both times with flying colors.

Can you name her famous grandson from Elizabethton, TN who played in the NFL?
