Celebrating Clinical Success : Forrest Roden

Forrest Roden came to Ivy Hall after being hospitalized for a medical issue that caused him to be weak and unable to care for himself at home.

Forrest received Physical and Occupational Therapy daily and made progress quickly. He loved to walk in the hallway and visit with staff and residents. He was able to complete his rehab and return home with family at discharge. Forrest stated, " I really enjoyed being at Ivy Hall, but I am ready to go home."

Celebrating Clinical Success : Karen Gregg

Ms. Karin Gregg recently returned home from Ivy Hall after a fall that resulted in a left femur fracture. She had been in the hospital and needed rehab for strengthening, balance training and activities of daily living.

Karin recovered successfully, working hard daily with Physical, Occupational and Respiratory Therapy. She was very motivated to get home.

We are so proud of her accomplishments, hard work, and dedication. Thank you for choosing Ivy Hall Nursing Home.

Celebrating Clinical Success : Arliss Campbel

Arliss Campbell recently returned home with family after successfully completing rehab at Ivy Hall. She is pictured with two of our outstanding therapists, Kristie Roberts OT, and Matthew Smith PTA. Arliss was all smiles after completing a car transfer on her last day of therapy.
