Reflective Magic!
I have a compact mirror, 2 obsidian towers, a few quartz points, and usually some rosemary water.
The mirror is to reflect energy back to the sender. If I have someone in my life that heckles me, or goes out of their way on a regular basis to upset me, I picture them.
Obsidian is good for banishing negative energy.
Quartz is an energy amplifier, I want my energy to be more intense than what is being sent at me.
Rosemary water is similar to sage as far as cleansing goes in my opinion.
I imagine the person, or the bad energy coming at me. I imagine my tools and how they work, the energy hitting the mirror and being returned to sender.
Others may have variations of this, this is just what I do and what has worked for me. You can do this with no tools at all and here is how!
Imagine your aura surrounding you like a bubble, and the bad energy bouncing off of your aura colored bubble and going back to sender. Or, instead of the bubble, you can imagine something like a disco ball reflecting the energy back.
