Sanding phase is complete and these floors are already coming back to life.

We’ve stripped them down to bare wood, leveled everything out, and removed years of wear, stains, and buildup. This is the most important step—get this wrong and nothing after it matters.

Next up:
➡️ Coat of sealer
➡️ 3 coats of commercial-grade polyurethane for durability, protection, and long-term performance
