Jessica Hayes, LCSW will be joining us at our Leitchfield location in September! Jessica has significant experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds.

Jessica Hayes, LCSW, is a lifelong resident of Grayson County with over 16 years of experience in Human Services, including the past 6 years in clinical practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jessica is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to pursue healing and personal growth.

Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as trauma-informed care, parts work, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused strategies. She tailors each treatment plan to the individual, helping clients process trauma, challenge unhelpful patterns of thought, build coping skills, and establish meaningful, achievable goals.

Grounded in a person-centered philosophy, Jessica places the client at the core of the therapeutic process. She is committed to walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges with professionalism and compassion. Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys thrifting and antiquing, and spending time with her family.

Josh Miller will be joining us as Targeted Case Manager in September!

Born and raised in Greensburg, KY Josh is a dedicated leader, educator, and coach with a passion for serving others. He earned his bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Campbellsville University in 2012, followed by a Masters in Theology in 2018. An ordained and licensed minister, Josh previously served as pastor of Little Zion Baptist Church and spent a decade in education within Green and Hardin County school districts. He now leads as head coach of the West Hardin Middle School boys’ basketball team, inspiring young athletes both on and off the court.

Residing in Elizabethtown with his wife, Courtney, and their daughter, Kinleigh, Josh is an avid reader, dedicated gym goer, and proud Kentucky Wildcats fan. Known for his genuine love for all people, he strives to make a positive impact in every role he serves.

You will see him around Hardin and Etown schools. Join us in welcoming him!

Cooper is a familiar face around Morningside Elementary and TK Stone! He serves as a community support associate and is a favorite among the students there. Cooper is also in school for his Masters in Counseling and loves to incorporate sports in his work.

Titus is a Community Support Associate and aids children in emotional regulation, coping skills, and general life skills. Titus brings laughter and smiles everywhere he goes, and he’s affectionately known as “Mr. T” by the kids he works with.
