I believe everyone was very nice and did a thorough job identifying her needs. It is often hard to get a ten year old in a 38 year old body who behaves sometimes like a rebellious teen to take care of her hygiene. It breaks my heart that she will not listen and take care of it as she should. I appreciate all the staff and their kindness.
