Sue finished my program 6 pounds lighter, and 7 inches thinner all around.

When Sue came to me, she was suffering from chronic back pain, and walking with a cane. Using the exercises I gave her, Sue noticed a considerable decrease in her pain, and while she still uses a cane for now, she’s feeling more and more stable.

The biggest problem I see with moms, is that they “don’t have the time” to take care of their health.

Every “yes” is a “no” to something else. And usually that “no” is one of the less-urgent, but more important things.

I don’t even recognize the girl on the left! When someone says “Well, I’m not 25 anymore, so I want to be realistic.” Stop being realistic and DREAM BIGGER.

Six years ago, I never could have imagined that I would be where I am today, physically, mentally, emotionally. And yet, here I am.

Looking back, 6 years doesn’t even seem like a long time. And the time will pass anyways. It may as well be spent becoming the person you used to look up to.

These aren’t the sexiest things to do, but they continue to be the ones that are the most important for over all health (including weight loss).

The 6 best ways to balance your hormones:
🌱 Eat whole foods
🌱 Find ways to relax throughout your day (this may be as simple as sitting down at meal time)
🌱 Eat the proper amount of food for your body (not too much, not too little)
🌱 Get sunlight
🌱 Get enough sleep
🌱 Move your body

Has the health and fitness industry led you to believe that healthy food is peas and carrots only? Or celery or broccoli? And you can’t eat it with ranch.

This is something that comes up a lot, where a woman tells me that she wants to eat better, but she just doesn’t like healthy food. I always ask what foods does she dislike (or which ones she likes). There are a ton of options to choose from, and with some prompting she always realizes this.

This belief system is why I have my clients pick foods from a list if needed. It allows them to see things they might not normally eat, and expands their understanding of what it means to “eat healthy.”
