This month we’re proud to highlight Winter Decker, one of our dedicated Level II Apprentices! Her hard work, positive attitude, and commitment to learning make her an incredible part of our team. She has been with us since July 2024!

In her free time, Winter enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts and the lake — and she’s excitedly preparing to welcome a baby girl soon! 💕
