Our community needed this so badly, I’m not even upset they are in my DREAM location.

I will be out of office, following today’s appointments, as I travel to be with family. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time. All calls, emails, DMs, texts..etc will be responded to on Tuesday, when I return.

Thank you especially to the clients who have been so understanding when rescheduling appointments. I’ve lost 3 grandparents in 2 years and my entire family is several hours away. You all know how much I HATE to reschedule/cancel. I don’t want to disappoint anyone but you have all been so kind and flexible. I’m forever grateful to have clients/friends like you. 💕

Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville is seeing an increase in respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) cases. Several hundred cases were diagnosed in December alone, according to a news release.

Traffic Advisory - US 31W in Elizabethtown/Hardin County

Railroad crossing work will impact traffic flow along US 31W on the south side of the downtown square in Elizabethtown Wednesday (October 25th). KYTC flaggers will be directing alternating one-way traffic to assist railroad workers repairing pavement within the crossing nearest to Hardin County Justice Center. Work will begin at approximately 8am and should be complete mid-day. Delays will be possible in the area and motorists may wish to consider an alternate route.

ATTN ALL MASSAGE LOVERS!!!!

A new bill is being introduced in the KY House that will require a 6% sales tax on massage. It is part of the tax reform bill.

It will most likely go to the House floor this Thursday. If it passes, it will go to the Senate.

This is why I work glutes at almost all appointments. Your hips are the center of your body and control so much yet they are almost always neglected. I encourage you to add some hip stretching into your self care routine this week and see if you feel a difference!

DOWNTOWN ROAD CLOSURES TOMORROW.

The Heartland Homecoming Parade is coming up tomorrow at 10:00 am! 31-W between Central Avenue and St John Road will be shut down beginning at 9:30 am until the conclusion of the parade. Portions of North Main, South Main, the Square, and Poplar will be closed for the parade starting at 7:00 am. Please plan travel accordingly, and we hope to see you there!
